Ever since I was little I have always had a love for seafood. If there is any way to incorporate seafood, then it is my kind of meal. I love everything from blue crabs to scallops to mussels to salmon; there is just something so refreshing about food from the sea. As you can see, I’ve been on a seafood, veggie craze– and I am nooottt complaining. I am very thankful that I was brought up eating like this; makes putting the hot wings down and being a healthy eater a lot easier. Happy Hump day, folks! I think we all deserve to indulge in our favorite meal for dinner tonight!
